alright, i dont have much of a write-up for this one, its pretty straightforward.
graphics card + noisy fan = no fun.

hmmm...might have to do something like that for Mike's graphics card. The stock fan is quiet, but it's inadequate for cooling the card.

its really easy to do, so go for it... or ill do it if youre not confident with playing with cards... you get 'mates-rates' too... i wont charge labour, however there may be a small "fly-vercz-over-to-canada" fee...
PS. on normal mode, that fan runs at 28.5dB ...in silent mode it runs at ~18 i think...
