This is a site I made as a work experience application, if you have any ideas, advice, suggestions or comments it would be appreciated, I want it to be perfect for when I submit it.

Nice.. 2 suggestions (orders /blum.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />):

Put borders around the nav boxes too.. if you ask on many popular graphics communities they'll tell you to do the same /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

Make that ugly orange background part the same as the bottom bit.. with the font the same size (maybe bold) as the body text.

gj /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

Simple and clean.. works for me..
Things you could do to make it better...
Ues layers and make the layers visibility="hidden" USE java or php to change them back to visibility="visible"; so that only one page is needed with many layers.. this saves page loads

per load banner so if you use it on more than one page its already loaded.

just some ideas /bigwink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\';)\' />
3) Alfresco Design
Lots of professional websites, with numerous technologies including flash. Clean, elegant graphic design with lots of eye catching logos.
Now im not sure about this, and correct me if im wrong, but if your talking about "Flash" asin the program, you should probably use a Capital "F". Im not sure, but i think its right.

Apart from that it looks absolutely great, if i were the one making the decision you would be the first person i'd choose /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />.
