PDP Unveils Radiant Product Line—AFTERGLOW™ for Wii®, PS3®, Xbox 360®
LOS ANGELES – Performance Designed Products LLC (“PDP”), a worldwide leader in the videogame accessory market, is announcing an illuminating new product line for use with the Nintendo Wii, Sony PS3, and Microsoft Xbox 360. The AFTERGLOW™ family of controllers breaks new ground in form, features, and radiant aesthetics, delivering gamers an experience sure to have them glowing.
“Too often third-party controllers focus exclusively on either appearance or features,” said Gerry Block, Director of Product Development at California-based PDP, “Our goal for the AFTERGLOW™ line was to unite these two themes, creating controllers with both amazing looks as well as performance and comfort improving features.”

The appearance of the AFTERGLOW™ controllers is defined by clear a polycarbonate body plastic, within which red, blue, or green circuit boards and components reside. Amplifying the theme, multitudes of LEDs within the controllers glow in hues matching the circuit board color. The result is a truly vibrant glow in both light and dark gaming situations.

“The controllers look spectacular,” noted Gerry Block, “but of course the lighting can be disabled when players need to summon their full attention for the game. On that note, each controller features performance-enhancing elements to help gamers play at the pinnacle of their performance.”
