Images In Tech Industry News

How do I set it so that guests can see any images/photos which are attached to topics in the Tech Industry News category?

It was the download column on forum permissions in the ACP. I've changed it to allow for guests, but there are only a few topics in there with attachments.

I know - but when Holly Carinci checked the article (not because she doesn't trust me to put up the press stuff) she couldn't see the photos. As I post press releases there and event wrap ups, I felt it important that people could see the images.
