[url=\"http://www.toonyphotos.com/\"]Rotoscope[/url] is a free software graphics program that can be used to give photos a cartoon-like appearance. This is similar to the technique used in movies like Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly. The technique is called rotoscoping.
