Artificial Clouds
Start a New \'Canvas\' with the following settings
Width:800
Hight:600
Resolution:300
Colour Mode: RGB Colour [ 8bit ]
Background Contents: White
Once you have your page open, make sure that the foreground colour is black and the background colour is white.. you can do this by pressing D.

Once you have a blank white canvas and your colours are set, then go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

Once you have done that your canvas should have been filled with black/white and gray looking clouds.
The Next step is to go Filter>Render>Lighting Effects. ans use the same settings as in the image below. (Dont forget to stretch out the size of the omni light)

The final step to creating almost photo realistic clouds is inverting the colour... this can be done by just going CTRL+I or you can go, Image>adjustments>Invert.
If you have done all of this properly you should get something like the image below. You can use the cloud if you are making a postcard or something similar, a very simple yet very eye pleasing effect.
