.pdf attachments

I tried to attach the pdf file for the pharming/phishing bit in the Wild West reseller news but it gave me this message:

THE FOLLOWING ERROR(S) WERE FOUND
The requested file upload failed because suitable permissions have not been enabled on the \'uploads\' directory. Please contact the board administrator and inform them of this error.

I dunno where that is

.....YAY it worked ....and yes I removed the attachment...don\'t think any of you want to read about single state commercial vehicle registration in Washington state
