Generating RSS Feeds?

How exactly does this all work? I would like to know how to generate RSS feeds but I have no idea what to search for or what to do. If someone could find a tutorial or explain it here for me would be greatly appreciated. /blush.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(blush)' />

I've only used RSS feeds once, and thats on blogs. Had quite a few problems with it not working because I had already output to the browser...but apart from that it was pretty straight forward. If you want - give me a shout and I'll show you the code.
