Takes me 3-4 hours to sleep too.. was like in bed at 2am last night, slept about 5am and got woken up at 7am by the sound of whinging dogs ;@

..... unless its a hot night or a change in my sleeping schedule (e.g going to bed at 3am during holidays and then having to go at 11-12 due to school ) <_<
