While we may have branched off on our own with the closing of TCN, I have remained friends with err0r, and it\'s nice to know we can still poke fun at each other despite all of the other events going on around us. By the way err0r, the term is waterbroom, not mop.
The past year has seen us grow from a site with one forum to a full Network with a myriad of sites and projects. While some of these are still hidden from public view as they are developed, they will be revealed over the coming weeks. We took an idea and a philosophy and have continued to develop them. Not too long ago we celebrated our first contract for pay which ner0 and Vulture have been working on and are nearing completion of. We are seeing more opportunities open up for us in the way of professional designing, coding and programming; it is truly amazing what such a diverse group of talented, creative people living around the globe can do when they work together.
It has not been an easy year for us; we have seen some staff leave, and others join us. We\'ve had our servers attacked, destroyed, and we\'ve moved a few times as well. We\'ve gone through adversity, animosity, small disagreements and a few big disagreements as well. We have gone through growing pains and adjusted to new situations, yet through it all we have stuck together like the creative crew we are.
It is through our support of one another and our underlying friendships that we have made it to this, our first anniversary. I would like to say how proud I am of the various KillaNet Crews: our designers, site scripters, programmers, gamers, forum & chat staff, the rest of our Administration team, and of course teh server g0d, NightStorm who has seen us through every step of our first year\'s journey. It amazes me sometimes that he has any sanity left at all. Actually, anyone watching the staff in chat would wonder if any of us are sane-which probably led to one of the slogans we sometimes use: Lacking Sanity.
