Upgrade

Only a small one this time, mainly to fix a few small bugs which were causing annoyance. The infamous url bbcode is finally fixed as is the problem behind the displaying of < and >'s. Just to sweeten the update, i've added in the possibility of editing comments for the blog owner. Expect a bigger update soon in the new year, including comment poster edit, option to reorder the way comments are displayed and finally a fix to stupid timezone list.
