Attacker Waiting To Be Charged

On Friday December 3, 2004 the FBI executed a Search & Seizure warrant against Greg King and removed all computer equipment from his residence. They are now in possession of his botnet and files, and Federal Computer Crime charges are being finalized. Once that is done, Greg King will be charged and tried in a U.S. Federal court for all of the damage he has done to not only KillaNet but to several other sites and servers as well.

It is nice to know that the gigabytes of logs and information we sent to the FBI and co-operation between site & server owners has paid off in the way of one script kiddie being taken off the 'net. Perhaps now we will all be able to work in peace and develop the programmes and services we've been trying to for the past year. While the wheels of justice do turn slowly, they did turn-score one for us. /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Apparently under questioning, he fessed up to a lot of things... kid is a real motormouth sometimes, and as the saying goes "loose lips sink ships". His should be sitting at the bottom of the Pacific right now.
It's a pity that his family and neighbours had to witness it all so close to the holidays, but maybe he'll learn something from this.
What will he learn, you might ask... well, for one, to purchase soap on a rope, to avoid "dropping it".

Tonight I'll make a point to clank bottles with the boys in a toast to Greg's capture..... they won't have a clue who Greg is, but based on history, I have a feeling they'll be happy to oblige. Previous toasts have included: "To the smell of beer caps!" and "To copper piping!". So as you can see, I don't think I'll have a problem.

Well, not only that, but he did take the opportunity to crack into 4 Department Of Defense computers. That alone constitutes as Federal Terrorism, as he's destroying Federal Property.

Greg King has officially been charged, under title 18 1030 (a)(A)(5)(i) of the United States Criminal Code.

Essentially, he is looking at up to 10 years... and since he attacked DoD computers as well as several commercial companies, he could very well get it. No sympathy from me, since I warned him several times that he was screwing himself.
Poor kid... should have just kept his little botnet to himself and not attacked anyone with it... of course, he should have just never obtained a botnet in the first place.
Everyone feel free to send him that document, and point out the part where he's going to get not 5, but 10 years.

Those same Prisons also have ZERO smoking, ZERO alcahol, ZERO ponography of any type, ZERO alternative meals (don't like what's served? Starve). Not to mention they are working in Chain Gangs again, cleaning the side of freeways in their hot pink jumpsuits and chained ankle-bracelets.

NightStorm is reffering to our "Sherrif Joe" down here in Arizona,, YES he dies the clothes Pink and makes them work on chain gangs,, and the food is .. well.... Ummm///... to say the least,, "Very Inexpensive to the tax payers" /brows.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(brows)' />

They also live in whats called "Tent City" instead of having a Jail with nice A/C running he has hundereds of old Army surplus tents that he houses them in... and NO, theres no A/C in them........
