The sneak peak weekend will start August 24, 2007 at 12:01 AM Pacific time (-7 GMT) and will end August 26, 2007 at 11:59 PM Pacific time. This will give players approximately 72 hours of play time.

Everything you acquire during the Sneak Peek Weekend, including items, XP, Heroes, and loot, will be available to you when the game goes live on August 31.

The Norn Fighting Tournament is a minigame that takes place in Gunnar's Hold. In this game, you have to fight against several familiar faces on a one-on-one basis. The arena itself is directly inside the city of Gunnar's Hold. Gellir Frostshield charges a fee of 100 gold to let you enter the arena. By winning battles in the Norn Fighting Tournament, you progress through the Norn Title Track.

Dwarven Boxing - a mini-game that will be introduced in Eye of the North, connected somehow to the Deldrimor Dwarves. A Destroyer is among the opponents. Kilroy Stonekin is known to be involved in Dwarven Boxing, and the player apparently must assist him.

Polymock - Polymock is a GW:EN mini-game It is known that the game is popular among the Asura, and it is suspected that it may involve the Asura reputation title track. The game apparently involves the player transforming into a creature and using its skills to battle.

Earthquakes

Earthquakes strike Kaineng City, Kamadan and Lion's Arch at random intervals. The screen shakes 3-4 times and earthquake noises are heard. White Rats and Ooze escaped from the sewers of the cities and run around in panic.

Oozes have started to infest the capital cities of Tyria following tectonic unrest. They are believed to dwell in the Depths of Tyria, however, only time will tell the true origin of these bizarre creatures.

Rats

Lionguard Reserves are Lionguard units called into Lion's Arch after a series of earthquakes to help calm down citizens.

Ministry Maintenance Workers

Ministry Maintenance Workers are workers for the Ministry of Earth who are tasked with the upkeep of the city's buildings and streets. They have sometimes, miraculously, been known to do their job, but most of the time they will give the task to passing adventurers to avoid paperwork.
