New Computer, need Monitor...

Just recently got a computer from a co-worker, i think he was just to lazy to format and reinstall windows or something, anyways i am in the market for a new monitor... anyone got any recommendations for a good monitor, trying to stay under $200 but if it looks worth it ill spend more.

Well, I know it won't help you any, but the college that Tara and I attend/Tara teaches at just sold off some 75 22" monitors for $25 each. They went with replacing them all with 22" LCDs. I guess it was a good year for tuitions.

Problem is, at $200, if you want a large screen, you'll have to hit up resales or go with a CRT. You can get 22" CRT's for $75 on recert from just about anywhere.

yeah i looked there, and read the reviews but i am still thinking if i want to buy an "off-brand" monitor... never even heard of HannsĀ·G but i amma go do some research on them i guess and NS, crt's are like the 56k of the internet, lol if that makes sence... but it will be a lonnnnnnnnnng time before i ever go back to crt's if i ever do
