Hey Tami,
I\'ve got a family friend who\'s setting up a website and wants hosting - looks like the KH300 plan is good for them.

If I set it up for them can they still access the help desk/ticketing system etc?
Also, I\'ve never done URL forwarding, and I have no idea how it works. The client has purchased a .com, .com.au, and .com.nz site but want all sites to resolve to the same IP (not sure how this works... see I am a newb).

Feels good to finally fling some business back your way, hopefully the first of many to come.

Yeah trin is here and there. If we still had the mod that showed who came online each day you\'d see his name listed there at least once a week lol.

I\'m confused about something. If he\'s set up from WHM, it will break the billing system. He needs to be set up through the ALP Billing system, then it will automatically create the account once the first payment is received.
Essentially, the easiest, and quickest way for everyone involved is to have the new customer sign up just like anyone else. We can add extra stuff to the plan after he\'s in the database, if necessary.

I think what Trinity was meaning was if he personally set the account up - essentially opening the new account - would his friend be able to use the ticket system - or at least that is the way I understood what he was asking. Aren\'t all new accounts set up through KH? Trinity doesn\'t have any sort of access to set up an account any other way.
