IPB Interactive Guide

Awhile ago one of the IPB staff posted a few pages on there forum of an interactive page/guide that gave the locations and titles of what each part of the forum did/was. If I remember it was a help for skinning and editing your forum..
Does anyone know of that Link or Location?
