TORONTO (CP) - America Online Inc. is taking full control of Internet portal AOL Canada, buying back Royal Bank\'s 20 per cent stake and saying it will take steps to propel growth in the Canadian web marketplace.
\"I think this is a vote of confidence,\" Jonathan Zeitler, vice-president of international strategic alliances at AOL in Dulles, Va., said in a conference call with reporters.
