Everything they release has a tonne of flaws.. why don't they take the time to look over it properly? or do they have animals testing their software?

During the summer, Bill Gates spoke at a computer conference in Europe. No word of a lie, he thanked all the hackers for helping to make Windoze the most secure o/s ever.
