I have been in digital photography class and im starting to like photography. These are a couple of shots I have shot.

You seem to have a knack for blending textures within your shots which gives some very interesting results, Twister. I definitely like your 6th shot the best. Does your class cover post-production in PhotoShop, where you learn how to "kick up" the tones, hues and lighting?

He wants us to learn something about Paint Shop Pro, but he say if we know how to do any photo editing we can do it now. But he can only supply us with Paint Shop. But I don't know how to "kick up" the tones and hues of images yet. Hopefully i can learn so i can enhance some of my pictures.

The picture of the leaf is neat; very nice close up shot.

thanx jim... it took a while for me to get it in focus i needed additional light added to the scene...

I have an older version of Paint Shop Pro, but I've forgotten how to find everything in there. I can take a look though and see if it can do the same as PhotoShop can

i actually hate paint shop pro. i cant find anything in it. im so use to using photoshop, but sure it wouldl be greatly appreciated ada

I gave it a go, but I wasn't liking the results and you're right - can't find anything in it. I much prefer PhotoShop. If your teacher is worried about software licenses and stuff, why not use open source software in class, like Gimp?

well i wouldnt mind doing the photoshop way if you know how to do it... ill just do the editing at home...
