Chilli99, I really like those pics, they look good. I think the one that says neon looks the best, but the word "neon" just seems a little out of place to me...i dunno, maybe its just me /unsure.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':unsure:\' /> But whatever, looks good /biggrin.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':D\' />

yeh i like that one more aswell, the text was me playing around trying to get a neon sign kinda look, all just experimenting really. its positioning broke up the image well as it was a bit to full on before for a wallpaper i thought, no one likes to have to squint at their monitor to stop being blinded!

think im gonna develope that piece further, having the lightning bolts etc coming from the text itself and giveing a better finished look, like an electric explosion kinda thing
looks like im gonna be doing some flyers for drum and bass club nights so the whole exploding, electricity etc theme is something im working on a lot at the mo as it lends itself well to that kinda graphic work

im suprised with a forum like this there arent a lot more people using it!... i mean a wallpaper comp may be a simple idea but its a great way to gain exposure and if there were more members it could be a breeding ground for all sorts of opportunities....
are there much bigger forums that ppl tend to stick to? ive found they arent actually as easy to find as i thought theyld be, this one seems to be coming from just the right direction, everyone helping each other etc

Chilli: yes, there are loads of bigger forums out there...but none masquerade as an insane asylum (well...I\'m not insane, but the rest of the group is). /blum.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />

KillaGraphix is actually a lot bigger than it looks; it is part of [url=\"http://www.killanettechnology.com\"]KillaNet Technology[/url] and some of the staff have been busy finishing up other sites or redoing old layouts, plus there are the preparations for [url=\"http://www.digitalstormlan.com\"]Digital Storm 2006[/url] underway. Building up other parts of the network tends to rob time away from writing tutorials and coming up with new work, at least for the staff. However, that said, I think that over the next few months you will begin to see more activity on this forum, and the more active people we have like you and Paddy, perhaps the more encouraged others will be to start getting involved.
