Copy your IE favourites to FF aswell (It will put them in "Imported IE Favourites" folder, then the subfolders you had in IE). Then go into firefox, go to "Manage Bookmarks > File > Export" then choose somewhere to save them, it will save it in .html format, that way you can upload them to your FTP and redownload after reformat. As for the other things i'm not too sure, maybe someone else has some ideas?.

Something else you could try is to click "Start", "Run" type "msconfig" then click "OK" and then click on the "Startup" tab and take a look at what\'s all listed there.
Here\'s the logic... by using "sfc /scannow" Windows should restore itself to an undamaged state. However you said
but its another windows applacation the just trashes the DLL, so each time I restore it just gets damaged again
Windows in an undamaged state should not damage itself; it would seem to make sense that the source of the problem lies in some third party software. As well, because it damages without running any program in particular it seems to make sense that the damaging program is registered to start at windows boot up. So, I would try unchecking suspicious programs and then run "sfc/scannow" again and reboot.
Outside of that, all I can think of is to reformat <img src=\'

Its good each of you that have helped think logiclly,, when I was on with DELL we shut all other applacations off at start up, the problem still is occuring I was able to get sp3's folder off to him when I was in "Safe mode",, but when I'm not in safe mode as soon as I right click............ well you know! <img src=\'

I'm beginning to wounder if its even a real software problem,, I think we can all agree its another applacation besides windows itself,, all the scans tell me windows is fine untill the dreaded right click,, then the shell32.dll problem...
Besides start up,, how can you check/test all the other programs to see if their the ones causing the problem??
I've done sys defrags and sys checks,, so how can I tell if its a hardwear issue??

considering everything you\'ve checked, it would make sense to me that it is a hardware issue. Other than the device manager (ie. \"Start\", \"Control Panel\", \"System\", \"Hardware\" tab, \"Device Manager\" and then going through the list and Right Clicking (woops you can\'t) .... okay nevermind that .... hmmm, well this seems to be looking rather grim turtleman... it looks like it\'s time for drastic measures. In other words... reformat and if that doesn\'t work, take it in for servicing. I\'m afraid that\'s all I\'ve got left turtleman .... however there are bigger brains out there than mine, but mine is stumped <img src=\'

Thanks Everyone... it got to the point that I had no right click at all so backing up current work was a real problem,, what I had to do was use my FTP to send everything over to my host/servers,, then at the last minuet I lost my FTP,, so after I did a re-install I couldnt get any of my programs off the server!.. LMAO, everything was stuck out there,, I finally just had to laugh at all of it.. Its a good thing I pay for all my programs and save the keys/passwords, otherwise I'd be up chits creek without a boat!, so far the only thing I've lost are allot of the favorites links

Well.. I'm to old to get that worked up,, that dude really needs to take some chill pills. The thing really is, theres no reason to get upset about something you or anyone else has no control over,,, and if you take two steps back from anything you'll see none of us has any control over anything.......... <img src=\'
